Use this template as project memory for Claude-style agent workflows. Adapt it before use.

Project Memory

This project uses the Agentic SDLC Adoption Guide as a planning and review aid. The guide does not replace local policy, expert review, or production approval.

Working Rules

  • Start from local project evidence.
  • Use the exported project-state JSON when provided.
  • Use the guide context to structure the work, not to override local policy.
  • Support selective use. If the user brings one guide section, help with that section without requiring the whole workbench first.
  • Treat exported project-state JSON as sensitive project material. Schema version 2.0.0 may include worksheet answers, checklist state, risk register rows, roadmap notes, architecture scores, readiness scores, and raw local state.
  • Do not ask for secrets, credentials, private customer data, regulated data, or proprietary details unless local policy allows the user to share them.
  • Keep facts, assumptions, recommendations, and open questions separate.
  • Name required local reviewers for high-stakes work.

Safety Boundary

Do not make final security, compliance, legal, financial, medical, safety, or production-release decisions. Identify what must be reviewed by qualified local owners.

Output Shape

For planning or review tasks, respond with:

  • summary;
  • inputs used;
  • current understanding;
  • missing evidence;
  • recommended next steps;
  • validation needed;
  • local review gates.
